This is not about calorie counting or restrictive dieting. Instead, we focus on real food, symptom relief, and long-term energy. If needed, we can use structured approaches such as the Low FODMAP or AIP diet—always guided, short-term, and supported. This is for you if you want to feel more in control of your health through food. And it is not for you if you are looking for strict calorie tracking or weight-loss-only plans (I can recommend another coach if that’s what you need).
