Why This Program Exists Endometriosis is not just about surgery. But surgery without preparation and structured recovery often leads to: – muscle imbalances – pelvic floor dysfunction – fear of movement – loss of strength – chronic fatigue – nervous system overload A) Pre-Surgery Preparation Duration: 6–10 weeks (depending on surgery date) Focus: • Core & pelvic floor preparation • Breath mechanics • Circulation & mobility • Nervous system regulation • Strength foundation before medical stress B) Post-Surgery Recovery Minimum commitment: 12 weeks 4 Phases: Gentle mobility & pelvic floor release Reconnection & breath integration Stability & controlled strength Gradual return to load & intensity This is not a random workout plan. It is progressive recovery with education. C) Back to Training (After Surgery or Long Break) For women cleared to train but unsure how to rebuild safely. Duration: 8 weeks Focus: • Progressive loading • Pelvic floor-safe programming • Endurance & strength rebuilding • Flare-up management
