Pre-Surgery | Post-Surgery | Back to Training
Service Description
A) Pre-Surgery Preparation Duration: 4–10 weeks (depending on surgery date) This phase focuses on preparing your body and nervous system before surgery. The goal is to build stability, support circulation, and introduce anti-inflammatory habits that help the body better handle surgical stress. Focus: • Core and pelvic floor preparation • Breath mechanics and body awareness • Circulation, mobility, and gentle strength • Nervous system regulation and recovery strategies • Anti-inflammatory nutrition and supportive daily habits B) Post-Surgery Recovery Minimum commitment: 12 weeks Recovery is a gradual process that requires patience and structure. This phase supports healing while progressively rebuilding stability and strength. The program follows a four-phase approach: • Gentle mobility and pelvic floor release • Reconnection with breath and body awareness • Stability, coordination, and controlled strength • Gradual return to load and intensity Alongside movement, we integrate anti-inflammatory nutrition guidance and lifestyle habits to support healing, reduce fatigue, and regulate the nervous system. C) Endo Reset (After Surgery or Long Break) Duration: Minimum 8 weeks Once medically cleared, many women still feel unsure how to return to training safely. This stage helps rebuild confidence and strength while respecting the body’s recovery process.
