Service Description

Surgery is a major event for the body, but preparing for it can make a huge difference in recovery time and overall outcomes. The Pre-Surgery Training Program helps you build strength and stability before surgery so that you recover faster and with more ease. This program focuses on: - Core and pelvic floor stability to support post-surgery recovery - Breathwork and gentle movement to reduce tension and improve circulation - Strengthening key muscles to regain mobility more efficiently Going into surgery with a stronger body and a confident mindset can speed up recovery and help you feel more in control of the process. Program Details: Duration: 4 to 12 weeks (depending on your surgery date), 3 sessions per week (1 hour each) Online or Hybrid Version Online: Fully online with a monthly check-in call Hybrid: 2 online sessions + 1 live session per week, with monthly check-in call Includes: Initial assessment sheet, progress tracking, structured workout plans with videos, goal setting, and feedback in the online app
