Whether you’re new to strength training or looking for a more endo-friendly approach, this plan is designed to help you train smarter, move better, and feel empowered. Program Details: - Ongoing program with monthly subscription – train at your own pace - Flexible training options: 2x, 3x, or 5x per week - Online: Fully online with a monthly check-in call - Hybrid: 3-4x per week: 1 live session + online programming 5x per week: 2 live sessions + online programming - Includes: Assessment sheet, progress tracking, structured workout plans with videos, goal setting, and feedback in the online app
